Compact Hydronic Heating System

Vehicle Systems, Inc. has developed a compact “hydronic” heating system for mid-level Class A diesel motorhomes patterned after the successful high-end Aqua-Hot system, the Hydro-Hot delivers a continuous on – demand supply of domestic hot water, separate interior residential heating and an engine pre-warming feature for cooler environments. Heat is created in a diesel-fired burner with a 50,000 Btu output and is distributed through low velocity heat exchangers for quiet, efficient service.

The Hydro-Hot by Vehicle Systems, Inc. is the little brother of the Aqua-Hot heating system. It was specifically designed for less expensive Type-A diesel-powered motorhomes.

Company specializes in heating Type-A RVs with Hot Water Heating Systems (“Hydronically”)

Vehicle Systems, Inc., located north east of the Denver, Colorado area, was founded in 1984 and specializes in Hydronic Heating Systems, (heating with hot water) for the Conventional Type-A RV “diesel” motorhomes. Both their Aqua-Hot and Hydro-Hot Heating Systems provide separate zone interior heating, an endless supply of Domestic Hot Water (you’ll never run out), and an engine preheating feature (optional on the Hydro-Hot). Their Aqua-Hot Heating System was introduced to the RV market in 1989 while the Hydro-Hot was released in 1998. The Hydro-Hot Heating System was designed specially for the mid-level range of Type-A diesel motorhomes and both Heating Systems are available through many fine RV OEMs and Converters. Also, both heating systems can be retrofitted to any existing diesel Motorhome.
